Important Dates for Conference Abstract Submission
- Deadline for Abstract Submission for Invited Speakers: 20th of September 2019
- Deadline for Abstract Submission for Oral Short Presenters: 30th of November 2019
- Notification of Abstract Acceptance: starting on 1st of October 2019
- For any withdrawals, the speaker should notify the organizer as soon as possible, minimum 2 month prior to the event.
- For any accepted abstract, a PowerPoint / PDF copy of the presentation should be submitted within 3 weeks from the date of the acceptance email. Delay in submission will result in CPD accreditation delay and possibly in cancellation of the session.
- Any special requirements and specifications need to be requested and confirmed with the organizer before 1st of December 2019.
Submission process consists of two steps:
- Profile Creation
- Abstract Submission
How to submit your abstract:
- Choose the correct category to create your profile: "Invited Speaker Registration" or "Oral Short Presenter Registration". Please fill all the mandatory fields.
- If you are an Invited Speaker, you will have already been sent an Invite-only Registration code by e-mail.
- After creating your profile, you will be taken to the Dashboard section.
- Choose My Abstracts icon, then press +Submit Abstract
- If you are an Invited Speaker, please select the "Speaker Abstracts" submission type. Please fill all the mandatory fields.
- You can always Save & Submit Later if you don't have all the required info. Once done, click the Submit Icon, on top or bottom. Every user can submit up to 3 abstracts.
- If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password" and then you will be requested to enter your email address to receive a password reset email. Follow the instructions in the email.
- Please read and follow the Abstract Submission Guidelines.
- You will be informed by email about the status of your submission.
